Sometimes we just need someone on our team.
Our support sessions aim to provide this for those who may need comforting support while navigating life challenges. During these times we provides advice, encouragement, and guidance on specific, non-clinical topics.
Our Clients often use these sessions to help them navigate challenging life circumstances such as personal stress, relationship and marriage concerns, family disconnects, death of a loved one, infertility and miscarriage, career disruptions, financial worries, educational performance, and more.

Mentorship Sessions

We seek to not only help you improve your knowledge and skills, but also to enhance overall well-being in your day to day life.
Our Clients often utilize these sessions to tackle specific goals. These have included learning holistic living techniques, family management, increasing interview techniques for an upcoming job opportunity, resume review, educational improvement, formulating plans for personal growth, working through challenges, and more.
